India and entire world is urbanising at a rapid pace like never before. Lots of apartments and each has a society. In all societies it is like one president, vp, treasurer maintain and take care of them manually mostly.
Every time there will be a quarrel between apartment people because

• People wont trust others that easily
• Insecure feeling of whats happening to money the are paying each month.
• Way of current day transactions, they are not completely transparent because of current day ways of collecting and utilising of money.

Idea is an app for managing apartment maintenance @ no cost

Features of the App: (up to me app is mobile and web both. one is mobile app another is web app)

• Apartment owners/residents can send their maintenance through app.
• Amount collected and has in bank account, expenses i.e. complete ledger is open to all of that apartment residents.
• App will send regular notifications to the people about their dues/pending activities.
• If any functions/events apartment has to conduct, people can post through app and request track money requests in the app itself. 
• Any repair/maintenance like electrician, plumber etc to be done at home can be requested through app. 
• A dashboard which shows the amounts always, so its transparent always. 

On a simple note, we will make sure each and every penny of the society is tracked.

Any additional works should also be done through app hence in a transparent, havoc free way.

• Along with fin management, we will offer a whatsapp+facebook kind of social collaboration platform

Monetisation:

I have mentioned at no cost, meaning app will be free for usage, will not charge society. 

• will charge only the transactions. so, it will be repeating income.
• another source of income can be google ads, local ads.

Need to think of analytics here. what kind of interesting data can be grabbed and sold for making money.

To stop exploitations, we will have some restriction like at least a min no.of transactions like 50% of no.of apartments should happen through app. ex: if 20 houses are there, per month at least 10 transactions has to happen through app.

this can sustain when,

• Linked with other product, service offerings like 
• Urban ladder etc for electrician, plumber, carpenter et works 
• Security services agencies to help apartment  (with some discounts possibly, 2 way business benefit) 
• Waste management - like wet waste management machines can be arranged or can join with such apps/services 
• Health management apps for health checkup visits (may be with good deals if they are using our app) etc, '
• Special discounts in near by stores if from a society using our app. (2 way business..)

App Dev:

• to track transfers and all, the transaction has to happen though our app only., app should be like a payment portal/billdesk, then we can have all data with us to show in the way we want.
• Each apartment will be provisioned with a web app and mobile app. apartment admins can add/manage members of the society.
• Control is decentralised, we will not come into picture anywhere, Instead our app will help the society. 
• It will be like creating a blog, society come to our page and register and the web and mobile apps provisioned to the email, mobile registered with and he/she can manage from there.
