In India, there are many restaurants, hotels, small tiffin shops and curry points. In all these shops, near about half of the business comes via takeaways. 

In our food, chutneys, curry, sambar etc have a very good importance. In a takeaway, along with tiffin/meal the sides mentioned above are mandatory. But parceling them in small packets is becoming a problem due to the time and effort it takes. In a busy center/shop, it is very hectic for them do make these parcels.

Idea is to reduce the manual effort there with an automation in making parcels. Like these soda hub, coffee dispensers if a vending machine (coffee , soda, sugarcane ) can be prepared which keeps in a covers and seals it with the sealing machine. So, it is a vending machine + sealer.

Parcelling is its main feature. Options must be given to set various sizes like small, medium and large which in turn will be configurable weight of substance. It also gives opportunity for another business i.e. cover. Also, we can provide option of hot holder for keeping the food at a higher price. Likewise, we can launch few variants based on the need and business.

For an end user, he will just press one button small/medium/large and the packet should come out. As it reduces manual effort and for a business, I believe it is a good business idea.

In every Tier 1, 2, 3 cities, owners of big, medium and small business will show interest in buying these, if we can keep them at an attractive price. Market wise it can capture good share and I haven’t seen any such machine as of now in India. So, there I am not expecting any immediate competition.

The challenge here is, vending machines as of now are for dispensing liquids. Our curries, chutneys all are semi solids, solids. With solids, dispensing exact quantity with enough vegetables/spices in each packet is a challenge.
