when recruiting a new employee, companies are not able to find/get much about the employee. this idea helps companies to recruit & to help individuals to learn & grow...



  • when registering a user will form his team & invite his colleagues. we encourage one to add his current team. If user is part of multiple teams, he can create multiple teams and invite/add people. 
  • One has to add his skills along with members.
  • when the invitee joins/timely, we will ask/encourage one to share feedback on others - like endorse, rate etc. we will give some badges/points/encouraging stuff for doing it.
  • we will timely share tips/certifications/puzzels/tech updates/useful articles for one to grow in their current work that was added. 
    • if one has added react, we will share react updates, posts, new plugins, tips etc
  • we will encourage one to attend and do small small certifications as well... and award badges for completing them.
  • so, we mostly will have users team members, technologies worked, some tech stuff he did, challenges solved etc...
  • if the user doesnt show interest in doing them(which is an often case), we keep adding new stuff and encourage one.
  • user can change status to open for offers if one wants to switch.,
  • we will share those profiles with employers and we will have a history of individual.
  • this, helps employers to validate/filter & get a right candidate.
  • helps individuals to learn, grow, get hired faster, easier.

this is some what like linkedin but linked in doesnt have teams, puzzels, certifications etc.
this gives more of first hand data..
recruiter can request team members for feedback as well... (which we too take from time to time, so that it wont create a doubt)

this can be used for non-it jobs as well with proper content creation.
